Accessibility Matters at Monster
We strive to create well-designed experiences that are more readable, more usable and accessible to everyone.
Disability inclusion is a top priority
An estimated 1.3 billion people experience significant disability. This represents 16% of the world's population, or 1 in 6 of us. ( World Health Organization 2023 ). For those that have disabilities and limitations, accessible experiences are a must-have. That is why we are on a journey to make our website and product experiences more user friendly, easy to understand and accessible to everyone.
Meeting accessibility standards
At Monster, we continuously test our experiences as well as leverage third party consultants to ensure we identify usability issues and improve accessibility. We conform to the latest accessibility standards including Level A and Level AA Success Criteria and Conformance Requirements, published by the World Wide Web Consortium and Web Accessibility Initiative, which are available at WCAG 2.1 AA.
Assistive technologies and support
